You can't actually find zeiton crystals anymore, now they can only be found on Varos in the form of zeiton blocks. Zeiton blocks are not that rare to find, just wander round on the surface for a bit, you'll probably find some. Unfortunately, these blocks can't be turned into zeiton crystals, so, as far as i know, you can't actually make any zeiton crystal related things in survival.
