Forest in a Box is a dimensional portal that has the appearance of a blue present. After this block is placed, the player can right-click on it to enter the world inside, similar to a TARDIS. The Forest inside has the appearance of the cold taiga biome, with snowy trees, lava and snowy ground.
The feature was added in the 2013 Advent Calendar updates.
Forest in a Box, as a block only, was re-added for 2019 Advent Calendar.
