There are multiple Easter Eggs and References in Dalek Mod and Update videos.
NOTE: Many of these easter eggs are no longer present in the latest version of the mod.
Flying TARDIS[]
This is a feature that allows you to actualy drive the TARDIS. Using /summon Tardis (caps needed) in the latest vesions of the mod you can spawn a rideable, spinning, TARDIS, however the TARDIS can not become airborne.
Windows XP Shutdown Sound[]
When a Clara named "johnjohn24" is killed, the Windows XP Shutdown sound can be heard
Grunkle Stan's Fez[]
When a Clara named "1WTC" is given a fez, it will change in to Grunkle Stan's fez from Gravity Falls
DeLorean[]
DeLorean Is a Time Machine used in the series Back To The Future. It was referenced in the 50th Anniversary special of the TV Series. Also, Using /summon Delorean (Caps Required) in 1.7+ Version of the mod, A Re-Skinned Bessie looking like the Delorean will spawn.

Bill And Ted's Phone Booth[]
From Bill And Ted's Excellent Adventure, This is a BLOCK available using either TMI Or AllUWant Utility Mods, or NEI as of Update 38(?). It Is Most Likely a spoof on the TARDIS And Appears Multiple times in the background of SWD Videos.

Omicron Persei 8[]
Omicron Persei 8 is a Planet from the television series Futurama. It is available to fly to in the TARDIS for unknown reasons. There you can find two types of Omicron Rock.
Giant Special Weapons Dalek[]
That's not a real phone booth, Dumb old Unit Soldier!
Re-naming a Special Weapons Dalek spawn egg "1WTC" will make the SWD that spawns rather large. It has been used in update reviews a a "Replacement" for Sam/UDWF1. (Broken as of Update 39, due to the new Dalek system.)
Gravity Falls Cart[]
Using /summon DMGFcart will spawn a rideable entity (Much like Bessie or The DeLorean) that resembles the golf cart seen in multiple episodes on the TV Show Gravity Falls.

Developer Sheep[]
When a Clara named "UDWF1" is killed, not only will it drop it's head but also spawn exactly 100 sheep around it.

Test Ore[]
In the dimensional blocks tab of creative, scroll to the bottom to see a unused block that 1WTC left in the mod for no reason. It drops one diamond when broken.
Missingno(S)[]
There Is an item in the mod misleadingly titled tile.golfcart.name that, when right-clicked with places a block resembling the head of the new Weeping Angel model recently added to the mod.
Also, there is a test rpundel, that spawns a test modeled roundel.

There is a Arcade Machine block, that, when named, displays the name on itself. It is obtainable throught NEI, TMI, or All-U-Want.
